    Hi everyone,

    When I bought my vaio I followed the instructions on screen to register it at club vaio. Does this have anything to do with the warranty on the laptop, or does this start automatically from the date of purchase?

    I also bought a 1 year extension to the warranty, how do I know when this 1 year runs out, as I dont know if it has started yet or not. How much warranty did it have before the 1 year extra warranty?

    I bought the laptop from sonystyle and it was a "by you/CTO" model.
