    It isn't a bad drive, but you will stumble across occasional lag every so often. You'll also suffer from poor startup performance in applications. The performance of your tasks won't be an issue since the CPU will be more than enough for the tasks you've just mentioned, it'll just take some time to start up (especially the first time). I'd pick a 7200rpm if there's such an option.
