    I have a Sr 590 CTO
    P7450
    4GB
    250 Gb HD
    ATI 4570
    Extended Battery
DVD RW (because Sony did a bait and switch on my BD drive :( )

What are the dimensions of any BD drive that I might want to upgrade this laptop with? Also what form factor and connector (SATA or PATA)

    Bump. ...................

The dimensions of DVD and DVD RW drives for the SR590 would be of help too.

I believe it's a SATA drive and you should be able to use any tray loading 12.5mm SATA drive. You would have to change the bezel though.

    Cheers,
