This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I am having the exact same problem, I replaced the LCD screen assuming it was bad then a few days later the customer returned it with this same problem. I was hoping there was a resolution to the problem and it was just never posted.

    I am going to try using this PowerStrip utility today when I go into the shop, any pointers on the proper configuration would be appreciated.
