    Hi

I just wanted to know if anybody recognizes the connector in the picture in the 2.5 Harddrive Bay. I was thinking of adding a second ssd (already got the samsung slc 64gb as primary). I ordered the laptop without a harddrive and without an optical drive from sonystyle japan, the 2.5" bay was already built-in.

Here a picture of the 2.5" Bay

I think I found the answer after hours of googleing on the following website:

    sanatorium : ?? ??? TZ17LN? ?????? ????!

I am missing the following part: PWB CNX-389: Flexible cable을 SATA 로 바꿔주는 어댑터 (필수 ;).

I might be able to help, as a Korean.

    So, first off, the translation
PWB CNX-389: (convert) Flexible cable TO SATA ADAPTER

Looking at the site you linked, there are some parts that you don't need depending on how you are going to mod your TZ (ie, SSD and HDD, or HDD and HDD). The PWB CNX-389, you need no matter what.

I wanted to do SSD + SSD. I know, it sounds strange but the original Samsung SLC 64GB isn't that fast. I thought about putting an Intel x-25 160GB in 2.5 Bay.
Thank you very much for your help, I really appreciate it.

I think that's fine too. The list below the numbered image states that you don't necessarily need parts 1, 2, and 3. Everything else is a must.

Most Korean individuals these days stray away from the usual Korean language convention (ie, use slang), so I'm assuming the online translator you are using is returning garbage...
