    Dear all forum readers,

I am here to try and find a solution regarding my laptop problem. Long ago, something random occured to the laptop. I thought it would be an easy fix, so I took it off my auntie (She did not bother attempting to fix it). Basically, I tried turning it on, battery is fine etcc. But some white stuff come out of the blue. I know I cannot describe that properly but the picture will do the talking. I wish to have got a answer which can help me alot. Please bare in mind, do not give advance guidance since I'm only 13. I just want to know is it worth fixing etccc

    Regards,
    Leon97.

It would be easily fixable, something has happened to the hard drive and so it gives the message operating system not found. If the drive isn't physically defective then to fix it you would only need to format and reinstall the operating system. Otherwise you simply buy a new disk drive first. If you still have the missing key from the keyboard, that might be easily fixed too.
