    Does anyone know if i can take out the CPU on my Sony Vaio? thank you

    Yes you can and it is fairly easy to do a CPU swap/upgrade on your FW235. Look here for pictures of the torn down system. I upgraded my FW465J from a P8700 to T9600 with no problems.
