Hi

I have Sony Vaio VGN-SZ1HP/B
(Architektur-Intel® i945GM,Procesor Intel® Core Duo T2300)

And I wont bigger ram and HDD.

Can i use this ?

Seagate Momentus 500GB 7200 16MB 2.5" SATA ST9500420AS).

and

4GB Kingston PC2 6400 DDR2 800 Memory RAM SODIMM 2x 2GB).

I not sure when i can use (maybe is so bigger and bios so old)

what is maximum ??

yes you can upgrade both your HDD and your RAM to the models you have listed
any Sata HDD will do an upgrade, and the MAX ram accepted is 4GB for SZ series so yes what you have chosen is a compatible upgrade

check the Sony Support Site for updates for your SZ1HP/B there should be listed a BIOS update, its been a while since the BIOS has been updated but i dont think you will have any problem upgrading your system with your current BIOS but its always good to be updated

Here go down to BIOS section and you can upgrade your BIOS to latest version
