    Hi,

I hope someone can please point me in the right direction?

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-SZ61VN and somewhere along the way someone dropped and and has broke the face plate off of the DVD drive on the side and I need to try and either get another one or find somewhere that can give me a price on fixing it. Even though it has been dropped it works perfectly ok, altho I havent tested the drive. I have spent a bit of time researching replacements or a owners manual to work out how to get the drive out of the laptop, which im assuming means taking the thing a part.

Just need to know if someone can shed some light on getting it fixed.

Oh and im based in the UK.

    Cheers....
