    I just did a clean installation of Windows 7 Ultimate. Almot everything is working just fine, but I cannot get the fingerprint scanner to work.

    I visited the Sony download area and installed the Vista version of Protecter Suite. When I try to run it and set up my prints, I get a message stating that the fingerprint scanner is not installed. However, according to Device Manager it is installed.

    What do I need to do to get Protector Suite to recognize the fact that I have a fingerprint scanner?
