    Sony Vaio VPCEB2C5E problem with return

    I bought my laptop 29 November 2010 from Sonystyle. As I have the right to return laptop in 30 days and get a full refund as mentioned here https://shop.sony.co.uk/shop/mimes/...ss=narrow&language=en&country=GB&id=3&sub=31#, I would like to return my laptop and get refund and as I have already read on official Sony webpage, I need to obtain Return Reference Number. However, after I login into My Sony Profile, I can not see the "Return an item" button and therefore I can not obtain Return Reference Number.     The second problem is that I have registered my laptop here VAIO : Sony Europe : Get in touch, but I can't register my laptop after login into My Sony Profile, as you can see in this screenshot http://www.sony.co.uk/discussions/servlet/JiveServlet/download/625676-25115/Screenshotrr.png, because model VPCEB2C5E is not available as an option to choose and therefore no laptop is shown there as registered in "My products" as you can see in this screenshot http://www.sony.co.uk/discussions/servlet/JiveServlet/download/625676-25116/Screenshot.png. How can I obtain Return Reference Number to return the laptop? Thanx.
