    Hi,
I have a sony vaio vpcee3j0e and very recently the screen began going dark. I would apply pressure around the mouse pad and the display would return. Eventually this stopped working and no amount of pressing would get the display back. I bought another led screen and as soon as i connected it, it worked for a few minutes and then began behaving like the previous led screen. I had to apply pressure around the mouse pad area to get any display. It also stopped working after a while. However when i connect to an external monitor i can fully access my laptop

Occasionaly the display will reappear for a few seconds and then dissapear. I bought another lcd screen cable but no change. I bridged the backlight fuse but no difference as the screen is still dark.

Please help as i seem to have run out of ideas.
    Thanks
