I have a Sony Vaio VPCS111FM and the problem i having is that the after installing the appropriate trackpad Synaptics driver which is V7.4 right from Sony's Driver page, my mouse is stuttering ever so slightly and its not fluid like it should be, if i plug in an external mouse it works fine, or if i uninstall the driver the trackpad works fine but the reason i have the driver is because it has vertical and horizontal scrolling.

How do i fix this so it all works good

I have also tried to reinstall Windows but the problem persists.

    Thanks
