    Hi

Just a quick line to see if anyone has experienced any problems with the VPCS13V9E (or similar) casing?

I'd had mine just over six months when it developed a couple of stress fractures practically next to the power button.

After a tremendous battle with John Lewis they eventually paid for the cracks to be repaired (I had also contacted Sony and their customer service is sadly as bad as everyone says it is).

A few weeks later and the stress fractures are back in exactly the same place, very frustrating.

I don't know if it is an issue with my machine, or this model in general, or what could be causing it (heat?).

(just to add I take very good care of the laptop; it just sits on a desk mainly)

Thanks in advance for any thoughts / advice...
