    Sony Vaio Vgn-bx197xp Help Needed!!

    Have had a SONY VAIO VGN-BX197XP for 12 months and I have foolishly wiped my back-up software off my hard drive and then lost my disk that I had made. I am totally stuck!!! Can someone who has the same model help me with a DVD made from the HardDrive to restore my Laptop as lots of the utilities/facilities on the laptop do not work from the Sony downloads site. I really need help here so please someone, help me.
    I will ofcourse pay any reasonable expeneses incurred,
