    Sony Vaio Z Urgent Help

    So I was trying to reinstall windows 7 which I did successfully but I haven't installed drivers after reinstalling the OS. I used Acronis to recover files to the recovery partition. I then received this dreaded error: "Status: 0xc000000e Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible." I tried booting from an external USB but my laptop isn't reading it. Yes, external drive is at the top of the boot list and external boot is enabled. There is no cd drive except for my dock but even that isn't bring read? Am I screwed? I need the laptop for finals coming up in a few weeks so this has really got me worried. Any help?
