After reinstalling windows 7, the fans are constancy when I browse the net using google chrome.
I understand I might no have properly done a clean install cos the vaio control centre app doesn't have all the setting. It's seems that with some websites such as gumtree, headfi or even notebook review, the fans get extremely loud like if I were playing a graphic intensive game.
Is this normal. Should it be good that the fans run to ensure the internals are kept cool?
The fans does go down immediately to almost no noise if I stop doing everything or if I pause or stop playing a hd video.

This seems a general issue with only certain sites on Chrome. Try disabling /uninstalling Adobe Flash to fix it.
Close all tabs you don't need as well. -
I don't think it's flash or to do with just google chrome.
Before disabling hardware acceleration when available within the setting option of chrome, browser was a lot faster but the fans would still go on.
I just disabled flash pluggins in chrome but the fans are till running very loud. I have about 15 tabs running though.
On the bright side after reinstalling windows, I'm no longer getting any keyboard lag like I would be typing this post here on netbook review
