Does anyone experience this issue? The wifi will turn off after 10 hours sometimes 2 hours. I have a feeling the wifi chip shuts down to prevent it from overheating. A restart usually solves the issue but that is annoying.

go to intel's driver and support.

download the latest driver for wifi product.

    install it.

You are looking for the driver 13.2.1.5 for Intel Centrino Advanced 6200.

If you had an older version of the wifi adapter, do not worry, it will still suit your hardware.

You can fin it in sony's esupport too. Either of them works flawless and should fix your trouble.
