I have a Z2 w/o a PMD. I'm attaching one monitor via HDMI, one via VGA.
Problem is now, I can't make them both work. Only thing I can manage is to Z2-display + 1 external.
What I want is Z2-display disabled and both externals enabled. That should be possible, right? Even w/o PMD.

    Thanks in advance!

You should check in Control Panel>Display>Display Settings...

Nope. You can't use both VGA and HDMI ports directly off the laptop at the same time. Even if you don't want to use the Laptop's display.

    Yep, I know.

    Aww. You sure?
Is there any other way? Maybe attach two monitors via HDMI? Any clue?

To be clear: only thing a HDMI splitter can do is cloning both screens?
