Hello, I am thinking about purchasing a used Sony Vaio Z555 model but I'm not sure if they are worth the money.

The current deal I see is on a 7 month used model selling for $1,141.44 US or $1,300 Canadian and was wondering if this is a good deal.

It seems to come with the basic specs, P8600 Processor, 2GB DDR3 ram, 9300 gfx card switchable to 4500.

The main plus to buying it used off eBay is that this item is located in Canada where I live so I won't have to pay Custom or Duty fees.

Hey! I have the same model Z555DN/B. Yes its a Beautiful laptop, and the screen is amazing. Sony warranty has been great so far (hassle free). It is worth every penny for sure. Please note though that I only have One problem with the laptop, the Touchpad freeze's and acts up once in a bit. Sony is currently replacing it for a new one though. so we'll see what happens. Make sure to check everything out before buying it because $1300 for that laptop seems really cheap, they usually go for about $1800-2100 used. So it looks kind of sketchy. Anyways pls feel free to ask any questions and ill be happy to answer.

    Cheers!
