    Hello,
    I'm new to this forum and I have a question.
    My dad's Vaio is going to be mine in a couple of weeks but it only has 512mb of ram memory. I want to enhance it but on the internet sites it sais it only supports up to 1gb. Is this true? and can someone tell me a bit more about where I can buy the memory the best and what the maximum capacity is.

    Your help would be greatly apreciated.
