    Sony Warranty Registration - Only TZ170N/B

    Hi folks:

    I tried registering my TZ150N/N at sony.com/ESPReg, but the only available model from the drop down menu was TZ170N/B.

    Did anyone experience the same thing?

    same here, but with the sz691nx.

    the online support that sony offers is incredible worthless. The guy from india kept telling me that I needed to send my compter in, in order to get rubber sticker replaements for the screen. These fell off in 1 week of owning the computer. Then they told me to go to CDW for warranty support because I didnt buy it from Sony STyle. Pretty sad.

    I experienced the same problem today (8/28/08). Just call Sony and they will register you over the phone. Good luck...
