I have just received my upgrade discs for both my new Z620D laptops, followed the rather vague instuctions to the letter, clicked Upgrade. All went well until it asked for the licence key. Does the W7 upgrade licence key come with the discs or in an email? The original vista key does not work.

    Thanks

Your Windows 7 upgrade disc will come with a COA sticker that has the product keys. No? That product key on the sticker will be what you use. Good luck. :)

I believe that the upgrade discs comes in a DVD box/case. This COA sticker is attached to the outside of the DVD case. If you have the case, I'm sure you'll have the COA sticker with the product key. Maybe you might want to check with your wife again.

    Good luck. :)
