I bought a sony z when they came out and I got a 2 year accidental warranty and my Z has been really slow and slugish and it is all scratched up. I know it is unethical but I want to get a new one any ideas on how I can do this??

I don't think they'll do anything for you, except maybe recommend a clean OS install. The case, while scratched up, is still functional and not broken.

You might want to read the forum rules (especially those in bold) if you've not done so yet.
