    Sony Z555 missing options?

    I got my Z555 about 2 weeks ago and as I was trying to enable the scroll option in the mousepad by going to control panel > mouse > functions, I found out I dont have the tab "functions", there cant enable scrolling off the mouse pad.

    Does anybody know why I dont have that option? Im worried that I might have more options missing that I havent discovered yet...

    I'm not sure if i've ever seen a tab with a scrolling function either, i think its physically built into the hardware. Have you tried simply using the scroll(its the entire right edge of the touchpad.) Let me know...

    If you think that's an software problem than hardware problem, try to do a complete restore. Power on your Z and press F10.

    Do you mean the scroll in the function tab in the picture below?
    I think you have to reinstall the Alps mouse driver.

    I went to sony style today to check out the Z555 they have on display and it does have the function tab :s
    Mine doesnt, and the scroll does not work...

    fixed it. I just reinstalled the ALPS driver and the function tab and all those other missing tabs are now there.
