I have a sony vaio ar250g with a 4200rpm hard drive. Yep it sucks.

I have not been able to find out if I can upgrade to a 7200rpm, can anyone help me out?

Oh and I should mention that battery life is not a major concern for me, it is always plugged in.

Nothing stops you from doing this if you got the time, $ and find the drive.
