We have 2 new Vaio SVS 15.5" notebooks and 2 Sony bluetooth mice. We installed a fresh new versions of Windows Ultimate (not those who came with the laptops) and since we are unable to connect the mice to the computers. It worked flawlessly with the pre-installed Windows.

I installed the bluetooth drivers from Sony website but it just will not work. What can I do to solve this?

Did you install VAIO smart network? That is a mostly useless utility that is good for one thing - it lets you select which wireless modes will be active. Install that and click the tray icon and enable bluetooth. You may disable/uninstall VAIO smart network after you've done this - the system remembers the settings.
