Hey, recently I was asking questions about the Sony Vaio FW and its somewhat delicate barrel shaped on/off switch and power input.
Sony fixed my FW within 5 working days and not only replaced the barrels with brand new ones, they cleaned all the internal parts of the machine and the outside. They gave me this cool cleaning cloth for the screen too.
I got an apology letter from a person called "Koji Mizuno" and an email address for future potential problems.
Is this good service or what?
