My sister is freaking out that her laptop fell down, It fell on the right side, She has way to much work on it. So basically when you put it on, its gives two options, start windows with repair start and normally start up. Nothing works for either, its shows the Microsoft loading screen and then after couple of mins goes to black screen. Tried to run it in safe to and did not work. Any thing that i can do?

The laptop was powered on when it fell? It sounds like the screen works fine, but there could be hard drive issues from the impact.
Try using a Linux Live CD (say, the latest version of Ubuntu) and see if that'll boot. -

The only thing to try on Windows would be to take the drive out, pop it into a cradle or dock and try to access the data on it from another computer. A Live CD boots an OS from the CD or DVD that can read the installed HDD without booting up the OS on that drive, and allows you to get data from it onto external drives plugged in via USB.
As always, first thing is to get the data off the drive (I presume not been backed up recently?) and then worry about fixing the machine. Try either method to start with.
