    Well after well over a hour speaking with sony customer support I am really annoyed, I explained the problem and he told me to reinstall all the drivers, This is after i explained that i didnt have the drivers. He told me to buy the recovery CD's about 30 times despite me telling him over and over that I couldnt, he had no idea what he was talking about and was a complete robot hem just kept repeating the same cr*p over and over
