    Does anyone know how much time will sony take to issue a full refund for a returned laptop?. I retuned my vaio last week and sony didn't refund my money yet.

    Once they recieve your product, they say 7-10 business days.

    Sony is way too slow than HP. HP made a refund in 2 days.

    The way I understand it, it has to do with the credit card more than Sony. When I credited money to my card from Paypal, they said 7-10 business days too...I guess to account for delays in processing from the card company.

    the credit card company may be slow, but sony is also slow.... i had to return one and it took them forever to credit me. and i wanted to buy another one from them so i needed the credit freed up on my credit card to do it. but they took their time. i got the money back and the other computer, so wuteva. just have to be patient. but it didn't take the full 10 working days for me. but it seemed like foreva... :eek:
