Its been 15 days since I purchased a Sony Vaio P from B&H Photo and I don't like the mousestick and mouse buttons. I want a refund. I know B&H Photo doesn't offer refund once product is opened.

But can I get refund from Sony themselves? I saw a closed post on here that said you can get refund within 30 days.

    Is this true?

You didn't buy it from Sony, you bought it from another merchant. You didn't give Sony the money, did you?
