    Hi everyone ,,
    It's been almost 10 months that i bought my vaio...
    My laptop has i5 intel M520 processor , how can i overclock it?

    İ've used different programs but they didn't work properly ...
    What are your suggestions?

    I don't believe anyone's been able to overclock their CPU on an F, only GPU.

    Still coudn't change cpu frequency guys why???

    I really can't imagine why you would think that program could overclock your CPU or any CPU. It's a graphics card program.

    Look, as far as any of us knows, you can not overclock your CPU. I'm not sure why you bought the computer you did if it was so very important to you to be able to overclock or have a higher performing CPU than you do. You can keep looking for a way of course, and please report back if you find one, but the CPU in this laptop was never meant to be overclocked.

    Are you not happy with Turbo Boost? It does the overclocking for you on an "as needed" basis.

    That's different i understand u...
    I've tried to enter bios , maybe bacause of vaio it's not letting me to change anything

    No i am happy but just carious , i think i should be able to change it :))
    i did this for graphic card no problem with that but not for cpu
