I've just been able to solve the "NVIDIA Display panel extension cannot be created" but now once I'm in, I'm missing the preferred graphics processor.

Any ideas who I can get this option to appear?

I have two graphics so I don't understand why the option is missing?

Maybe it's because this laptop has the dynamic hybrid switch and this option is only available with Optimums supported machines?

    I currently have this driver
    Model: GT330M
    Driver date 2010-06-04
    Driver Version: 8.16.11.9024

Does anybody now the most updated driver from Sony that supports that still supports the dynamic hybrid graphics. I know I can get the latest update for the gt330m directly from nvideo but I want the switchable graphic support.

Look for a thread - Optimus on hybrid graphics. That should tell you what you need to know. It is kinda buggy.

Strongly recommend you forget about automatic switching and go the BIOS HACK route where, after applying the BIOS HACK and choosing 'static' mode, you flip the speed-stamina switch to the desired mode and then reboot. This option allows you to use the latest drivers and get the best out of your now-ancient hardware. That's what I have done.
