    Hi,

Just wondering if the ram and hdd is upgradable by the use or if we can send it in for an upgrade? I bought one at the sony store and they said if I want to return the laptop to order online I'd have to pay a 15% restocking fee.

But I have a problem with my PMD in that the power connector is loose and if u turn the connector sometimes the PMD shuts off and turns back on, not sure if this is normal. But they said I can take it back within 14 days for an exchange. I can maybe upgrade to the $3000 model with the 6gb of Ram and 256 GB ssd upgrade and 1080 p display, but not sure if the higher resolutions will be better for reading and gaming.

I also forgot to mention that I have an annoying problem with the sound coming through both the laptop and my pdiddy beats earbuds!

    Help.

As far as I know neither are upgradable. The SSD is custom-sized and the RAM is soldered to the board.
