    hey everyone so I ordered a custom E series laptop from Sony on the 28th of July . At the time the 'estimated ship date' was July 10th. I just checked my order today and it says that the estimated ship date is July 28th .. is that normal ?.. I don't think they can make a custom laptop on the day it was ordered ..

    If it helps , the order status is "payment processed" .
