Back in Sep 07, I purchased an FZ180E that was totally bogged down with bloatware. It was running Vista home premium and had well over 70 processes running at any given time.

I spent the time to go through and delete/uninstall and ran through the optimization guides located here at NBR. After about 3 months the system was so buggy, I decided to do a complete clean install. Since then I have had zero issues with bugs, errors, you name it.

On Oct 15th, I recieved my new VAIO VGN-FW455J/B. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Sony has gotten away from alot of bloatware on their computers. There was still some crap on it, but l was very happy to see that it was easy to clean up. What took me hours and a complete clean install on my FZ, only took me about 45 minutes on the FW.

With all the "I hate sony" threads out there right now, I figured I'd take the time to pat them on the back for a job well done.
