SonyStyle UK just isn't the same...

I'm contemplating treating myself to a new VAIO SZ, however after seeing the options available on the US sonystyle i think id rather order from there but they dont ship to the uk. is there any other online stores that offer similar customisation that ship to the uk?

any feedback is appreciated...

 

What specs and model were you after?

For a while now the SZ stock has been really limited on the Sony website in the UK.

Maybe you could try dabs.com, microanvika.com or Technoworld.com you will probably get a better deal there than you would from Sony anyway.

If you were waiting for the refreshed model to come out Sony will update when they refresh the line up.

One point to keep in mind also is that if you do buy a Sony laptop from the US from Sony you will not get any Sony warranty in the EU. You will need to send your computer back to the US if anything happened to it.

I believe that portableone.com do ship to the UK.

If you buy a computer in Asia you will be covered with a one year VOS warranty in the UK but you will not be able to extend your warranty with Sony after one year.
