I took the plunge and installed XP back on the FE870E when Vista became just too frustrating. Knowing full well that some of the hardware may not work, I took the chance. The only issue I have (besides the monitor brightness buttons not working) is the sound. The OEM won't support XP and the maker of the soundcard wont support end users. (SigmaTel® Audio Device Driver).

Anyway, just figured I would post here to see if anyone knows a way around this so I can get sound. If not, Ill have to go back to Vista because I need to have sound for work. I looked at the external sound cards (USB) but they are too big to carry into a customers office.
