I just received a custom made 14" EA series laptop. It is awesome, except for the sound level which is very very low, especially compared to my Dell laptop or to my previous EB series laptop.

I wanted to find out from other users if they also think the sound on their speakers on the EA is very low.

At 30% I can barely hear anything (compares to 5% volume on my Dell)
At 70% I can hear something (compares to 25% volume on my Dell)
At 100% I can hear it well but it only compares to 50% volume on my Dell (15.6")

I reinstalled the Realtek sound driver and it did not help. Any ideas?

Have you heard any other EA series laptop earlier ? If you did and that was louder than your pc, then there might be something wrong.

Otherwise, keep in mind that EA uses smaller speakers than EB and your Dell laptop and would sound tinny in comparison. :)
