    Speed/Stamina Swtich button not working

    My speed/stamina button is not working. Earlier when you used to swtich it a prompt to restart appeared, but now its gone. Any ideas ? Thanks!

    Does anyone have any idea? I am using sz440 with windows vista home premium. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

    Have you installed a fresh XP installation ?
    Go to the support site for your laptop and download the ACPI drivers, this will do the trick.

    I did not install XP. The laptop came with vista home premium. I do not see a ACPI driver on the support site. Is there an equivalent for vista?
