    Stamina/Speed Switch Issue

    (VGN-SZ660N) When I switch from stamina to speed, the power management tells me that it needs to restart, but after restart it stays on stamina and tells me again it needs to restart. System restore did not help.

    Not sure what caused this. I disassembled my laptop today and took out the fan. The problem started after this. Could something from the disassembly have cause it, and if so what?
