    Stuck replacing DVD drive in VGN-A290

    I've got the keyboard out and the top cover is loose but seems to still be attached up near the LCD hinge area (somewhat inboard from the hinges). I don't see any other screws. Suggestions for how to get it to release would be much appreciated!

    I do see a few screws along the rear top edge of the case that are obscured by the LCD, but it doesn't seem like that's where it's stuck.

    Have you learned how to remove the keyboard? I have the same problem and would thank you for the solution.
