I'm going off to college and want to get the sz650, but sonystyle still doesn't carry it and it doesn't look like its going to soon enough. Is there any other store, preferably a retailer that offers some kind of student discount on either the laptop or warranty?

I've never heard of student discount on a notebook but you could get all your software (e.g. MS Office) on student liscence - that would cut down the overall costs.

    Sorry.
