    Sudden Massive Fail of SZ Battery

    As you may know, the model is VGP-BPS2C.

    I regularly got three hours of life out of my battery. Its charge loss
    was only about 10% according to BatteryBar.

    One day, it suddenly starts to get only 30 minutes or less.
    Nothing changed in the batterybar information.

    I got a new (genuine) battery, and it works perfectly.

    I still want to use the old one, though.

    Any thoughts on a fix? Could a battery just nearly die like this?
