do you guys think it would be possible to switch my 160gb 5400rpm hybrid ssd hard drive from my sz650 to my sz440, which currently has 80gb 4200rpm hdd? would it be worth it in speed/capacity? i dont see a problem w/ doing this but wanted to get confirmation.

Yes, i do think it will be possible. They both suppport different interfaces but on a drive of this nature though it won't have any impact.

Still though so you should benefit from the faster spindle speed.

What is the part numbers for both of your HD?

I see nothing in those specs that would stop you from being able to use the SZ6 HD in your SZ4.
