Just got my sz6 and i had them do a clean install and etc. But it seems the finger print scanner won't work. This is what its telling me "biometric sensor is not calibrated" "please use the calibration tool to remedy this situation" i have been searching and i can't find that calibration tool. Any help would be appreciated it.

Do a full install of the original bloated Sony load and see if it solves your issue, so you can determine if it is software or not. Otherwise, this smells like a h/w service issue.
