    They probably have it. JR is a seller you can trust. They have a shop in NYC that I've been to.

    Amazon.com also has it in stock, sold by JR ;)

    I placed sz650 order through J&R just now. They told me the earliest it will ship out is tomorrow. I made it second day ups so I'll probably receive it Monday. The rep told me they have it for sure, so I guess I'll just have to trust his word and wait patiently. Once I receive the tracking information tomorrow, I'll post an update.

    good luck on the order

    i'm still crossing my fingers that sony will update their page soon so i can price out a custom sz6.

    still deciding between jumping on the new SR based sz6 or getting a new SZ3 for half the cost (though it will be 0.05lb heavier).

    OMG are these guys crooked

    They advertise it for 1870, then want $100 for shipping (which will actually cost less than $20)

    Then they say "import or American"? If you want your laptop in english that'll be another $300.

    Best Buy stores nationwide now carry the Sony SZ650. It retails for $2049.99 so if you want to get it at a reputable place, try that out for size rather than online stores. Since it's new, they might not be aware so ask for it specifically.

    i hate bestbuy's policies, their restocking fee and their customer service blows. I think costco will probably sell it soon, they have really good no questions asked return policy and much better customer service imo
