    Hi,
i was wondering what the difference is between the the sz780 customizable edition and the sz791 is?
as you can pretty much configure the sz780 to have the same specs as the 791, yet the latter is more expensive. i have been told that it is a fancier edition with a weave pattern on the lid...confirmation.
    thanks a lot
if anyone knows of a review of the 791 or 780 it would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks a lot

Yes, the only difference between the 780 and the 791 is the lid. Here's a topic discussing it: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?p=2901408#post2901408

9500 should have been in the 791 shame on them lol... now they have to justify the extra 600 bux with just some sprayed on weave pattern lol.

^obviously I would take a faster processor... it comes down to whether the speed increase is worth 300bux to you... to most, it won't be.

2.5" ssd. Probably would be better off with a 7k200 for performance/price ratio

the answer is probably no... 200mhz is 200mhz... for me, it matters, I will upgrade to the 9500. But will I notice a difference on every task? Probably not
