Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to share a case with you that I really love for the sony tz. The company is called "ProCases" and they have an ebay store. I heard about this company when I was looking for a case for my canon sd630 digital camera.. I wanted was looking for a case that was: 1) Super Compact and Slim 2) Lightweight 3) Professional 4) DURABLE 5) and just flat out Super Sexy!!!
And I did find that case for my canon sd630 camera.. which is one of the smallest digital cameras on the market....
So I bought a Sony tz about 3 weeks ago.. and I wasnt too happy about the tz case... to me it looked very feminine (No Offense.. it's just that I'm Male).. In addition.. it was about $150 for a non attractive looking case... and Furthermore, it was not that durable and it was BIG!!
then.. upon buying my sony tz.. i came across the ebay Procase store again.. and Whatdya know!!!! THEY HAD THE SAME CASE FOR THE SONY TZ!!! AND FOR ONLY $39.99 + $9.99 shipping!!!
I have recently brought the laptop in my new TZ Procase.. to the local Sony Style Store here in San Diego, CA.... and the workers ABOSOLUTELY loved the case and wish sony had manufactured them!!!
Here is the website for any of you... i will post up pics later!!! but other than that.. enjoy for now!!

Give the guy a break, he's excited. Nice looking case. Funny why Sony U.S. is totally out of stock at the time of this post though. Everything is backordered.

Shoot! I wish I'd seen this post before!
I already ordered my Sony case from "bravo-e," who I DO NOT recommend you buy from because I have to yet receive it (although it's on the way he finally told me after I filed a Paypal dispute; watch those Power Sellers carefully, they think they have you by your private parts):

Your case does look fantastic, and it's cheap too!I guess, I'll have to bite the bullet and buy another one!

Bytheway, I think the Sony one offers better protection against pressure. -
I got this for free when I bought my tz191 in the US.

Its super awesome, durable, and it says "vaio"awesome

I would check and make sure to ask what batteries fit with that case.
If it is that tight, can you use the larger battery? I am guessing not. -
I have both the sony and Procase.. the procase is actually more durable.. the sony casing is thicker with very soft padding.. (too soft actually)...
also.. the Procase.. has flexible hardboard inserts that make it very durable...
excuse my caps letters... just wanted to share some good news with everyone.... -
the original sony case is not as durable as the one i posted..im actually selling the original sony case which is never used... and i think it is too much for the price... the old tx case with the full zippered body looks alot better but wont fit the tz..since the tz is actually several mm in width then the tx...
the Procase is actually $110 cheaper.. much more attractive.. more durable..and the slim factor is amazing.. -
im sure you will love the case!!! i promise.. everytime i have it with me..its a deinite head turner..and jaw dropper.!!!! -
By the way.. give me a break... I have just went through 15 different pages of posts/threads. and About 50% are titled in all caps.....
geez man.. you're very critical.. this is just a forum to help people out or suggest new ideas/products to them.. not to make them feel bad...
i wasn't aware that capital letters and asterisks signs are offensive forms of communication...
apparently you seem like the only one or very few that seem to think so....
im sure you have better things to do... and i guess it is such a big deal to you..... -
I cant buy the procase so I am fine with the one I have right now. I dont travel A LOT so I dont care
-
My Sony one will be fine. I don't overly care if my TZ breaks, considering I also brought the 3-year accidental damage coverage.
If I did not use the large capacity battery, I would buy this case and test it out. -
Anyone else here have this case or does everyone recommend the sony branded case?
-
Also some link about this ProCase? The e-bay is not valid anymore.
-
Looks like I sold the case for them lol
* * THE BEST, SLIMMEST, DURABLE, SEXIEST CASE FOR THE SONY TZ by "ProCase" !! HANDS DOWN!!* *
